Lucas Hauschild, E.A.
A graduate of the University of Colorado, Lucas has over 14 years of experience in the tax relief field. His truly expert knowledge base pertains to all types of personal and business tax debt issues, what causes them, and what the best resolution strategy may be. He has spent his entire career in the tax field speaking with people who need help, explaining the pros and cons of any resolution strategy, the benefits of hiring expert representation, and what our clients can expect when hiring us to navigate through their complicated tax situations. Because of this experience, he provides training to our other tax consultants to ensure that the level of help promised by our firm is equal to the actual help delivered. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at “the cabin” with his wife and 8 year old daughter.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, Brett Sukenik has been working in the tax resolution for over 9 years, and currently manages the tax consulting department of Larson Financial. He has thrived in many different roles in the tax relief field, giving him first-hand knowledge of all processes involved in providing clients with great customer care and results, making Brett a great manager for our firm. In his free time, he enjoys camping and hiking with his wife and two sons.
Leona Hauschild, E.A.
Leona brings her expertise in tax resolution to the Larson team with more than 11 years of experience helping clients resolve their tax issues. She loves the different approach to tax resolution that is taken here at Larson, with a genuine focus on the client and a true sense of family within the organization. Leona received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Denver. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
Jim Gardner, E.A.
Jim has been with Larson Tax Relief since 2008, and is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA). He has helped thousands of our clients find successful resolutions to their tax issues. Jim lived in Reno, studied at the University of Nevada, and moved to Colorado in the spring of 2008. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and two dogs.

Erin Harryman, E.A.
Erin has been assisting clients solve their tax problems at Larson Tax Relief for over eight years. Prior to joining the team, she spent several years in tax relief, working for another firm. Erin is enrolled to practice before the IRS, and holds dual bachelors' degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Minnesota State University. Erin enjoys spending her free time watching her favorite teams, the Colorado Rockies and Minnesota Vikings with her husband and three children.
Michael Plantinga, E.A.
Michael has been providing professional and efficient tax representation for seven years. Michael is a United States Navy veteran, and was a recipient of the prestigious Navy Achievement Award. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor on the University’s Law Review. Michael enjoys getting involved in sports and spending time with his family.
Richard Brown, E.A.
Richard has been with Larson for seven years and has 12 years of experience in the tax relief field. Richard works to develop relationships with professionals, that may encounter taxpayers experiencing an issue with the IRS or State, to provide representation and to ensure that they get the services they need to resolve their tax matters. Richard is a US Army Veteran and holds an Associates Degree in Business & Accounting. Richard is a passionate golfer and enjoys the outdoors.
Steve Cizik, E.A.
Steve Cizik is a Graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder with a BS in Business Management and received his law degree from The Syracuse College of Law, cum laude. He worked as a litigation associate in complex corporate law for three years prior to moving into tax representation. Steve now has over eight years in the field and prides himself on professional and efficient representation with case specific and outside of the box resolutions. Steve is a former CU Ski Team member who divides his time between managing a growing family and getting back to the Colorado mountains whenever possible to ski, climb, hike, bike and generally enjoy a state that he loves.
Ted Krapin, E.A.
Ted Krapin fights to keep his clients and their businesses protected while negotiating toward the best possible resolution of their tax matters. Ted earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas State University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He enjoys snowboarding, biking, and hiking.
Emily Rienau, E.A.
Emily Rienau is a graduate of the University of Miami, School of Law and also hold a B.S. in International Business. Prior to entering the tax relief field she helped create various business entities to help people take advantage of tax benefits and ensure that open businesses were in compliance with the law. She loves being able to assist clients through difficult times and seeing a positive difference in their lives after their tax problems are resolved.
Tim Campbell, E.A.
Tim Campbell has been with Larson Financial since 2006. His greatest attribute is his caring approach to finding the right solution to his clients’ tax issues. He realizes that owing money to anyone, much less the IRS or State, can be one of the most stressful situations a person can encounter in their lives. Because Tim knows that the solutions we provide will affect our clients for the rest of their lives, he takes great care in explaining our services in a manner that creates a clear understanding of how our process works. When Tim is out of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, two of which are twins. He also enjoys volunteering at his oldest daughter’s school.

Bo Richmond offers 18 yrs. in the tax relief field as a Senior Tax Consultant. His level of experience and expertise are second to none in the industry. Bo’s role with Larson Financial is to make sense of the most complex or daunting tax problems that our clients face, but in simple terms. Mr. Richmond went to school at the University of Colorado (CU) and is engaged to be married, enjoys fishing and being in the outdoors, spending time with his family and being outdoors with his 4 dogs.

At a young age, Trevor had aspirations to study human anatomy, go to medical school, and become a surgeon. After attending Colorado State University for Biomedical Sciences, he decided on a different career path. Trevor decided to serve his country by enlisting in the U.S. Air Force. He ended up applying to work at Larson financial to begin his civilian career in the tax industry. Trevor has passed Part 3 of the IRS’ Special Enrollment Exam, and is currently studying to complete his licensing with the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He can be reached directly at 720-354-4451.
Kristine Tacca, E.A.
Prior to joining the Larson Tax Relief team, Kristine worked for an accounting firm specializing in small business accounting, payroll processing and tax preparation for individuals and businesses. Kristine graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a BS in Accounting, and is an IRS Enrolled Agent and Certified Payroll Professional. Kristine prides herself on building strong and genuine relationships with her clients and enjoys helping her clients resolve their tax liabilities by providing caring, honest representation during a stressful time. In her free time she enjoys hiking, watching football and spending time with her fiancé and dog.
Galen Faris, E.A.
Galen has been helping business and individual taxpayers resolve their tax liabilities for over four years. Galen served in the United States Navy for six years before obtaining a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Galen’s various experiences help him to understand that each client’s situation is unique, and ensures that any resolution is tailored to meet their needs. Galen enjoys adventuring in the mountains, fishing, and cheering on Colorado sports teams.
George Clam, E.A.
George is an Enrolled Agent with a passion for customer service. Joining the Larson Financial team in 2015, he shares the company’s commitment to providing zealous representation on behalf of his clients, and providing practical solutions for their tax liabilities. In his free time, George enjoys playing guitar, rooting for the Denver Broncos, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Buck.
Corey grew up in upstate NY and graduated with a BA in Business Management from Humboldt State University in California. He has been with the Larson Team for 3 years. Corey's charismatic, outgoing personality and sense of humor coupled with his empathy for others and willingness to lead by example, has helped him earn respect from both customers as well as co-workers. A self proclaimed music fanatic, Corey spends a lot of his down time watching, creating, and singing music. His main passion, however, is to be the best husband and father he can be to his wife, Valerie, and daughter, Corinna.
Jacob Nelson, E.A.
Jacob has over 4 years of tax relief experience and is a passionate Enrolled Agent dedicated to providing the best representation possible, given his client’s unique circumstances and goals. After attending the University of Denver on a piano scholarship, he switched gears graduating from the University of Colorado with a double major in philosophy and humanities. Prior to entering the tax resolution industry Jacob taught private piano lessons, designed and coded websites, and wrote for a corporate blog for a start up in Denver. He enjoys personal investing and finance and keeps a financial blog related to personal finance. In his spare time Jacob also enjoys climbing 14ers, playing the piano/guitar, spending time with his wife.
John Buchart, E.A.
An Honors Graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder, John received his B.B.A. in Operations Management in 2010 before engaging in several entrepreneurial startup companies that remain active and prosperous to this day. As a culinary professional and certified Executive Chef, John spent several years opening restaurants and consulting for small business owners across the Front Range of Colorado. A master negotiator with extensive background in corporate M&A, VC and public relations, John has spent the last four years as a financial consultant in the tax resolution industry. John uses a combined methodology of strategic finesse and “hardball” tactics to get the most optimal resolution for his clients. He is a firm believer in American small business and will take every measure to ensure the best possible outcome for every case under his representation. In his spare time, John is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys cooking for his friends and family.
Amanda Splitt, E.A.
Amanda is an Enrolled Agent with five years of experience in the tax resolution industry. Amanda is passionate about providing quality representation to her clients, with the knowledge that each case is unique. Her ability to build strong relationships with both clients and taxing authorities allows her to advocate for the clients best interest at all times. Prior to joining Larson Financial Amanda’s background was as a paralegal in commercial real estate and corporate law. She attended Metropolitan State College of Denver studying Speech Communications and later obtained her Paralegal from the University of Colorado Denver. As a Colorado native, Amanda enjoys taking advantage of all that our state has to offer.

Amy is an enrolled agent with five years of experience in resolving tax debts for small businesses and individuals. She specializes in asset preservation and tax debt mitigation. She has spent her entire career defending clients from government action. Prior to working in tax resolution, she worked as a criminal defense attorney on both the trial and appellate levels. In her spare time Amy enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing tennis, hiking in the mountains and skiing.
Randi Nix, E.A.
Randi Nix is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, with a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration. She happily fell into a career of tax resolution and has nearly five total years experience in the field. She strives to obtain the very best resolution for each client and has the expertise to do so. She provides excellent representation and makes sure that each client knows how extremely important they are to her. In addition to loving what she does by day, her other full-time job is being a mom to two wonderful little boys. In her spare time, Randi enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with her family in the beautiful outdoors of Colorado.
Yara Zokaie, E.A.
Yara Zokaie is a graduate of the University of California Davis with a BA in Psychology. Yara received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. She went on to become one of few students selected to the Masters in the Laws of Taxation program at University of San Diego, which is renown as the top tax law school west of the Mississippi. Yara has more than five years experience in tax litigation. Notably, Yara’s work on a lawsuit for violations of Proposition 218 led to a $17 million dollar settlement with the City of Riverside, allowing taxpayers to recoup mishandled property taxes. When not working, Yara enjoys spending time with her husband, one year old son, and two dogs.
Sean has been in the tax industry for over 10 years. He was raised on a ranch in Northern California where he learned the value of hard work and personal sacrifice. His big heart is evident in how he cares for each client as if they were his only one. This character, coupled with his extensive knowledge in the industry make him a true leader. In his spare time, Sean enjoys rock climbing, playing competitive sports, and spending time with his three year old son, who he adores. Watch out for Sean on the links, he is a scratch golfer.
